Robert Powell has over 28 years of experience in Engineering and Management in the Semiconductor Industry. He has managed a state-of-the-art chemistry laboratory and an R&D group working on nanotechnology using atomic force microscopes and near-field optical microscopy. Robert co-authored reports on the "Stephenville Lights" and the "UAP: 2013 Aguadilla, Puerto Rico" events.
