Marie-Angélique Thuillier

Marie Thuillier (Marie Angélique Thuillier) is a self-taught artist born in Paris. After a first cycle of studies at the Ecole du Louvre, she turned to nursing and psychology studies, fields in which she worked for 20 years. In parallel, she was a stage and studio singer and posed as a model for Higher Schools of Art and co-hosted the show "place des artistes" on Radio ODOPAL. In 2015, she devoted herself fully to illustration and painting. Her style is akin to singular art, it is not uncommon to see characters depicted in richly colored scenes, sometimes accompanied by unusual celestial objects (a sort of irrepressible resurgence of her UFO sighting in 1990, which profoundly marked her and "accompanied" her). Marie Thuillier regularly exhibits in France, Belgium, and Italy.
