In the coming weeks, at least one new UAP whistleblower similar to David Grusch's profile is expected to appear publicly.

On 25 September, Public reported that at least 30 other whistleblowers, working for the federal government or government contractors, have testified to the Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IC IG), the Department of Defense Inspector General (DOD IG) or Congress in recent months.

In addition to whistleblowers, according to Public, between 30 and 50 government employees or contractors have reportedly gone to the Department of Defense's All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) to testify about alleged UAP programs.

Many of these whistleblowers are reportedly following the same procedure as whistleblower David Grusch. Grusch confirmed, in the newly released Yes Theory online documentary, that a wide range of first-hand witnesses are currently in the process of reporting to the relevant authorities. Others, such as producer and director James Fox, investigative journalist Ross Coulthart and journalist and author Leslie Kean, have commented that they are aware that at least one new witness from the allegedly illegal UAP special access programs is about to come out and share his knowledge with the public.

The All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has yet to release its annual report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). This one is late, as both the classified and unclassified reports were expected in July or August. In the end, the report will be released in the coming weeks, not months, as Senator Kirsten Gillibrand has confirmed. The senator herself is the one who helped set up and fund the Pentagon's UAP office.

In addition to the senator, Pentagon press secretary Brigadier General Patrick Ryder and Defense Department spokeswoman Susan Gough have also confirmed that the release of the unclassified report will take place "relatively soon". Following the publication of the report, Senator Gillibrand plans to organise a new hearing in the U.S. Senate. Therefore, another UAP hearing in the U.S. could be expected in the short term.

Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs Hearing, USG

Following the hearing on 26 July, congressmen intended to bring David Grusch to a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility) for a classified briefing. The SCIF could not be secured because, according to Representative Luna, Grusch does not currently have active security clearances - which Grusch himself describes in the Yes Theory documentary as "obvious obstruction".

In addition, the congressmen proposed to set up a UAP select committee, i.e. a committee specifically dedicated to the UAP phenomenon with subpoena power. According to Representative Luna, the creation of this committee was rejected by former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, who offered in return a second public hearing in the coming weeks:

"Just got word that we will not be getting the UAP Select Committee. However, we will be getting another hearing. Congressman Burchett is working on dates. Also, we are still working on SCIF for David Grusch"

Others, such as Congressman Jared Moskowitz, also wanted to comment on the news: "Second UAP hearing coming. I do have lots more questions. Time to ask them of the Government”.

Therefore, a second public UAP hearing organised by U.S. House of Representatives is expected in the coming weeks.

Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, "Sen. Gillibrand Chairs the SASC Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities Hearing", USG

As noted above, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand hopes to organise a hearing following the release of the Pentagon's report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena.

This hearing is likely to be very similar to the hearing held on 19 April in the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee. This hearing was also organised by Senator Gillibrand, and in attendance was AARO Director Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick. He gave details of AARO's routine work and the need to increase funding for his office. On 23 June, a press release was issued by Senator Gillibrand's office informing that she had secured full funding for AARO in the National Defense Authorization Act.

"AARO has found no credible evidence, so far, of extraterrestrial activity, out-of-this-world technology or objects that defy the known laws of physics," said AARO director Kirkpatrick at the 19 April hearing.

In addition to Senator Gillibrand, other senators also intend to organise and lead a Senate committee hearing. Senator Marco Rubio is one of them. Two months ago, Rubio showed interest in the phenomenon and commented on News Nation that more whistleblowers in high-level government positions have come forward and that there is a need to investigate whether what they say is true or not.

October and November could be two very important months regarding the UAP phenomenon. Major developments are expected in favour of transparency and official disclosure. It looks like it is only a matter of time.
